Change the work experience!

Since last year, in Irancell, we created the Experience and Engagement Committee (EEC) with the presence and participation of our colleagues from all divisions and regions to expand cooperation and empathy in the workplace.

We believe that people with different ideas can look at the experience of cooperation from other dimensions and have creative solutions and ideas; So, we created this opportunity for our colleagues to voluntarily participate in this committee based on their abilities and interests and to come up with ideas for the big issues of the organization and take steps towards creating positive changes in their work experience.

The Experience and Engagement Committee (EEC) was created to have a SPOC from each region and each division of Irancell, work together with HR to revise and review the processes and provide solutions collectively and empathetically.

This year, this committee was formed with new people, and by dividing into different working groups, they are examining and developing ideas on the processes of their experiences in Irancell.
